🚀 Business Continuity Fundamentals: Learn the differences between BCP, DRP and crisis management, and their regulatory framework.
🚀 Business Impact Analysis (BIA): Carry out a Business Impact Analysis and define RTO and RPO for each critical process.
🚀 Designing the Continuity Plan: Design continuity strategies and alternate backup sites.
🚀 Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP): Define recovery strategies for critical infrastructure and data.
🚀 Testing and Maintaining the Plan: Run drills and keep the continuity plan up to date.
