Parents, responsible adults, professionals, teachers, relatives, loved ones, I'll stop listing here, because I wouldn't finish the list today; but this message is for you: we all have a moral obligation to protect children, they're our primary asset as a society. Just as in Japan young children can walk the streets without their parents, let's strive for that everywhere; each of us, as part of a society, must guarantee the protection of our children, and cyberspace is no exception.
